A one‑time transition between the SPA and AQUA zones is 199 CZK/120 minutes.

The AQUA season pass with 2 entries is valid for 7 days from the date of issue,

The AQUA season pass pass with 3 entries is valid for 10 days from the date of issue,

The AQUA season pass with 5 entries is valid until 30 september 2026

 The AQUA pass is non‑transferable and allows a maximum of one entry per day.

• Adults and children over 15 years of age are allowed.
• Sold only at the SPA reception and on e-shop.
• The fee for extending the stay is 49 CZK for every 30 minutes

• A one‑time transition between the SPA and AQUA zones is 299 CZK/120 minutes

• During the summer months, the Pálava wellness center and the Forum Romanum Wellness section (Bio sauna, Aroma sauna, Finnish sauna, Laconium, Lavatio pool, Infracabin) will be in operation.

MR. SLIDER

• Indoor roller coasters + Abyss and Boomerango + High Five 399 CZK / 35 minutes (guarantee of minimum 5 rides on other coasters.)
  You can find Mr. Slider Point at the exit of the High Five ride and in the Adrenalium near Water Slide Tower B.

SALT THERAPY

• the entry to the salt therapy is a one‑time entry for 30 minutes / 79 CZK (you can buy the service on a chip directly at the salt therapy)
• Salt therapy is located in the pool hall in the Relaxation Zone.

RELAX ZONE FOR CHILDREN

• The admission to the relax zone is free of charge for preschool children accompanied by their parents.

• Relax zone for children is located in the pool hall in the Relaxation Zone.

RELAXATION BEDS ZONE

• Sun bed guarantee in the indoor pool hall for the duration of your stay.
• Price 199 CZK / bed + 100 CZK refundable deposit for the tag
• Max. capacity of 1 bed: 1 Adult + 1 child up to 100 cm
• Can be purchased at the ticket counters; advance reservations are not available.

CHILL OUT ZONE

• Bed rental for the whole day from 1 199 CZK (includes water)

• Prosecco + bed for the whole day: 1 499 CZK (includes water)

• Rent a bed on the day of your visit on the Chill Out Bar (advance reservation required when purchasing through the online store).

• Safe - purchase at the entrance or exit ticket office 50 CZK/day
• Body dryer - 49 CZK/3,5 min - you'll find it in front of the restaurant entrance
• Fast track - indoor slides /Abyss and Boomerango / Lazy river - 199 CZK / single use of the raft - service is loaded on a chip
• Fast track High Five - 349 CZK/one-time use of the raft - the service is loaded on a chip

Visitors who present a ZTP/ZTP-P card have free parking.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.
• Group discounts: 40+ person 20 % discount + 2x free ticket, 20‑39 person 10 % discount + 1x free ticket
• When exceeding the time limit in each zone - 49 CZK/30 min (water park and wellness)
• Last entry to the area is possible at 19:30
• Loss of chip - 100 CZK + spending on the chip: until the loss is reported at the ticket office and blocked. CZK 4 500 in case of failure to provide the chip number with the cash receipt and impossibility of blocking it.
• Leaving the premises after 9:00 p.m. = 200 CZK per person. The water slides, pools, and wellness area close at 8:40 p.m.

EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRED VOUCHER

If you have purchased a voucher from our e‑shop or cash registers and 30 calendar days have not passed since the voucher expired, you can come to us for a swim or a sauna and it will be redeemed at the cash register upon entry for a fee of CZK 399/voucher (e.g. you have a voucher valid until 30 7. 2026 and you don't have time to use it, you can then come to the cash desk for a period of up to 30 days, i.e. until 29. 8. 2026, and use it for a fee of CZK 399 /voucher).
